1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for Asia Agri-Food & Feed International Expo & Summit, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of exhibition and conference participation.
2. Exhibition Stall Allocations
Stall locations and bare spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of formal booking and confirmation from the organizer.
3. Delegate & Visitor Badges
All badges are non-transferable and must be worn visibly at all times within the exhibition halls and conference auditoriums.
4. Organizer Rights
TASO Events reserves the right to make modifications to the speaker lineup, agenda timings, or floor plans in the event of unforeseen logistical circumstances.
